This facility serves as a base for UMHB students to involve themselves in various areas of research. The library has an online catalog system that makes it easy for students to access nearly 150,000 volumes, 250,000 microforms and 3,000 periodicals. Access to 60+ electronic databases providing abstracts, full-text journal articles and reference sources is provided through 23 patron desktop computers. Special collections, including a regional history collection and university archives, are also available.
