About the Huckins Apartments: |

Huckins apartment complex was purchased in 1993
and was named for James Huckins, a charter trustee for the
establishment of the Baptist University in Independence. Each
apartment in Huckins has one bedroom, one bathroom, full
kitchen, dining room, living room and walk-in closets. It comes
furnished with two beds, two dressers, dining room table with
chairs, a refrigerator and microwave. |
